About the Project

A first home, built on a strong foundation

"Hajime" is the Japanese word for "beginning." That idea shapes the whole community: a safe, dignified first home for families who have waited years for one.

The homes are designed in the spirit of minimalist Japanese living. Clean lines, efficient layouts and low-maintenance finishes make every square meter count.

Hajime Homes is a project of Keystone Communities Foundation, planned with JEMM Builders & Construction Corporation as builder, for the member families of the United Cavite Elaved Beneficiaries Homeowners Association Inc.

Who It's For

Built for the families of Elaved

Hajime Homes is planned for the member families of the United Cavite Elaved Beneficiaries Homeowners Association Inc., organized since 2009. Association officers can tell members more about their unit and the next steps.
